Dear Tom,  I am from Central New York and familiar with both UU churches and other Churches where GLBT persons are welcome.  I have attended First Unitarian Universalist Church in Dewitt.  We are a very inclusive congregation.  If you attend speak to the minister because she would help you find a niche.  As you may have noticed the UU churches are more humanist oriented but  they are welcoming.  First UU is more Universalist. There are some Christian churches such as Plymouth Congregational-UCC in downtown Syracuse that is  an open welcoming congregation.  They are going through a transition period between ministers.  Another church I am familiar with is University United Methodist Church.  They ,too, are inclusive and welcoming in a less formal way.

church in the evenings on Sundays)

please let me know and I will not post anymore.  I am looking forward to
