Hi Ron,

Thanks for the blessings. I've adapted the one by Maryleona Frost and 
will use it today in a mixed group:

Spirit of Life and Love, gracious God,
We thank you for this food,
For rest and home and all things good;
For wind and rain and sun above,
But most of all for those we love.
In your Holy Name we pray. Amen.
