Hi Adin!

In Spanish there are a couple of good resources I would recommend to you,

The best for professionals, (alas a little bit technical in its language
comments) is:

"Sagrada Biblia (Versión crítica sobre los textos Hebreo, Arameo y Griego)"
by Francisco Cantera Burgos & Manuel Iglesias González, Biblioteca de
Autores Cristianos, Madrid, 2000 (a reprint from the 1979). It is a
translation preapared by some of the most acclaimed Catholic scholars of the
1970's.

One great resource for begginers study is the dynamic interconfessional
translation (in Americas' Spanish) "Biblia de Estudio Dios Habla Hoy",
Sociedades Bíblicas Unidas. It is the first edition by SBU to include
historical-critical comments. In an everyday spanish.
