[UUA-L:623] Two new districts created in merger of existing UUA district structure

Two new UUA districts have been created out of four former 
districts, to provide better service and closer connections between 
congregations.  The Clara Barton District, formerly Central Mass 
and Conn Valley - will united congregations in parts of Connecticut 
and Massachusetts.  The outer boundaries of the district have not 
changed, only the "dividing line between them"to create a unified 
district.  Nancy Bowen remains District Executive;  the new 
President of Clara Barton is the Rev. Garry LeFevre.

The Heartland District - formerly Michigan and Ohio Valley - 
features the same kind of arrangement, with the outer boundaries 
of the district unchanged, but the composition of the larger district 
remaining the same as the two smaller districts.  Charlotte Cowtan 
remains the District Executive.  The new President's name is Sara 
Clavez.
