Reminder about this important upcoming event:

The UU Summit on Racial and Economic Justice
Thursday, April 22nd - Sunday, April 25th
Holiday Inn Washington, DC
Sponsored by the UUA Washington Office for Faith in Action

The Summit on Racial and Economic Justice is a four day long conference
focusing on ways that UU's can impact public policy.  Plenary sessions
will focus on a wide variety of issues including campaign finance reform,
poverty and racism, grassroots organizing, and justice organizing.  Some
noteworthy speakers include Dr. William Schulz, Executive Director of Amnesty
International USA, Dr. Valora Washington, Executive Director of the UUSC,
John Trudell, Native American Poet and Activist, Rep . Pete Stark, and Rep.
Barney Frank.
