The UU Service Committee announces a partnership with the Sicangu 
Lakota (Sioux) of South Dakota.  UUSC volunteers and tribal members 
will join together in July for an intercultural exchange in the form 
of two work camps.

June 27-July 11:  Rapid City to Black Hills for firewood harvesting 
and planting of seedlings.  Tent accomodations, side trips to nearby 
cultural sites.

July 18-August 1:  Sioux Falls to Rosebud Reservation for renovation 
of substandard housing and assistance in conducting a children's 
craft workshop.  Tent accomodations, side trips to Black Hills and 
Badlands.

$350 fee for each project covers housing, food, in-state transport.
