We came to the decision that we would not have the time at this Con to give this topic the attention that it deserves. It is a topic that may be a central focus for another Con in the near future. There was also the consideration that teen suicide is not that closely connected to the larger political issues that we will be exploring at ConFront.
I welcome your thoughts.
Right now, my commitment is to this one Con, my future involvement is open to further discussion. Are you interested in working on a Con where we will address teen suicide? Do you see related issues, such as cliques, bullies, pressures on teens, school shootings or???
Peace,
- Earl

Dear All,
Thanks for these attachments. I have a question. In the first YAC
document there is an item about a worship on Teen Suicide there is a
"No" after this item. Does this mean that the decision was made not to
have a worship on teen suicide?

Services from your Mid-South District Office and Staff are possible
only because congregations in our district make fair share
contributions to the UUA Annual Program Fund and Mid-South District.
Thank you for your generosity!
