Hey,

Unless someone changed the name without telling me, I believe it's a typo. What she was referring to are the Newbie Packet (a newbie being a person new to the YAC). These are packets that we've proposed to create to help welcome new people in - explaining what a con is like, how to get involved, all the wonderful things that not knowing might cause someone not to come. :)
