Subject: 2005 General Assembly Certification is open now

Greetings to you all!

Online certification is open and ready for business! Please visit
<http://www.uua.org/congregation> www.uua.org/congregation to submit
your membership number that will entitle you to delegates at General
Assembly 2005. The deadline for certification is February 1st, 2005.

Last year 97% of our congregations certified their membership through
our website, however only 60% of congregations submitted contact and
statistical information for their congregation. This additional
information is vital -- it is listed in the UUA Directory, used to
provide services to your congregation at the district-level, and
disseminated to those who want to learn more about Unitarian
Universalism in your area and nationally.

The additional information we are asking you to provide includes your
congregation's address, contact, and statistical information (Pledging
Units, RE Enrollment, Pledge Income, and Total Expenditures). When
updating your statistical information, use the most current information
you have or the most accurate estimate. In order to maintain the value
of the printed UUA Directory, this year we are asking that you submit
ALL aforementioned additional information for your congregation.

If you need more information about the online certification process,
please visit www.uua.org/congregation/faq.html. If you need technical
help, please email congupdate at uua.org and reference your congregation's
id number in the subject line. I receive these emails directly and will
assist you promptly.

Thank you for your cooperation. We are pleased to provide you with this
service!
