Since the Banner Parade at this year's Annual Meeting is on Friday evening
instead of Saturday morning, we're providing this early notice for
congregations with representation in Detroit.  Please contact me if you need
instructions on pole assembly.  Thank you.

 

BANNER PARADE SCHEDULE AND REMINDER

 

Where:  Heartland UU District Annual Meeting

            Westin Hotel Southfield-Detroit, MI

            

When:   Friday, April 2, 2004

            6:00 p.m. - line up for parade

            6:30 p.m. - parade

 

At the end of the parade, the banners will be displayed in a designated
area.

 

Finally, you must pick up your banner and poles and take them home with you.
We're sure everyone will do this; however, we're asking you to place a label
with the information below on each piece of your banner and pole assemblies.
