ANNUAL MEETING ANNOUNCEMENTS:

 

*         2004 Annual Meeting registration is now available by credit card
online at www.heartlanduu.org/.  Early bird deadline is March 15, 2004.

 

*         A supply of Annual Meeting registration brochures was mailed to
each congregation president in the monthly packets in mid-February.
Additional registration brochures can be obtained by going to the HUUD
website at www.heartlanduu.org/, or by calling the HUUD office at
888-948-4883.

 

*         Annual Meeting Call to Meeting packets were mailed to each
congregation president on 2/27/04 in order to comply with the 30-day notice
as mandated by the HUUD By-Laws.

 

*         An additional workshop has been added to the schedule for the
Annual Meeting.  Watch our website for a description of an Extension
Committee workshop presented by Rev. Norm Stewart and Steve Scott reporting
on their participation in the recent Alice Mann, Raising the Roof Workshop
in Atlanta for congregations in the pastoral to program size transition.
