About Just-uus	English (USA)
Just-UUS, the UU Social Action mailing list, is the place to find out what social justice work UU congregations are doing and how they're doing it. If you want to share information about UU social action and enlist assistance from other UUs for your social action issue(s), this is your place. Welcome. Please limit your postings to one or two per day and give others a few days to respond. To avoid duplication, topics that are dealt with on other UU lists such as welcoming congregations (on the Wc-d list), freedom of religion (on the Pfor-l list), gun control (on Uuguncontrol), the ethical treatment of animals (on the Ufeta list), just economic community (on the Uujec list), the Middle East (on the uujme-chat list), and anti-racism (on the Antiracist-UU list) should be discussed there, not here. Discussions of how to run committees should be on the Uu-leaders list. What this list is NOT: There are many places where you can post notices of social action items. Keep postings to this list relevant to how UU congregations do social action. This is not the place for general social and political arguments. Please take those to the uu-community list (see www.uua.org/lists for information). Extensive forwarding of things you find elsewhere should generally be avoided. To post a message to all the list members, send email to just-uus@lists.uua.org. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to Just-uus
Subscribe to Just-uus by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a private list, which means that the list of members is not available to non-members. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.
