About Advocacy-news	English (USA)
Advocacy News is the announcement-only list of the UUA Washington Office for Advocacy, whose mission is to effect public policy decisions made by the US Congress and Administration on issues of concern to the Unitarian Universalist Association. If you want to stay informed of what we're working on--and known when to contact your Members of Congress on critical justice issues--than this list is for you. You can expect an average of no more than one email per week. If you're interested in general social justice resources for congregations, we recommend also signing up for sac-news. That list, run by the UUA Office of Congregational Advocacy and Witness, is designed for members of social action committees who want to stay informed of congregational social justice work and what new resources the UUA has to support it.
